Long Term Storage Lot Permit ("LB")
Residential students now have a NEW permit option (CURRENTLY
SOLD OUT - CLICK HERE TO BE ADDED TO THE WAIT LIST). The new “LB” permit
gives those residential students who choose to purchase a permit a more economical
option: “LB” Long Term Storage Lot
Permit cost $25.00

•The “LB” permit parking is located
in a secure, gated lot at 1200 West Lee Street. Students may only gain
access by personal vehicle with an access card or by Spartan Chariot.
(Click HERE for a map) The access system is programmed for a single entry per exit; pass back
rules apply. (Pass back is when access is denied because the access card
was used for an entry without an exit or an exit without an entry.) •“LB” permits are valid in “A/B/C/E” spaces 2pm Friday – midnight Sunday as well as breaks, holidays, and summer sessions. •Entry only by access card via McCormick Street. • When driving into the lot, wait in your vehicle until the Spartan Chariot bus enters the lot, flash your lights at the bus to get the driver’s attention, then go to the designated stop. |
CHARIOT SHUTTLE INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE
• Handicap accessible parking spaces in the LB lot are
near the shuttle stop. Bus #2 and #13 are equipped with a wheelchair lift.
• If you miss the last evening shuttle, you may park in lot 7 behind Graham overnight until 7:30am. If you park in a deck, the rate is $1 per hour; $6 per day per entry max.
• Shuttles stop only at designated locations following a specific route and schedule so plan carefully to coordinate your arrivals and departures with the shuttle schedule. On demand lot access will not be provided.
• Most shuttle stops are near blue emergency phones. Be
aware of your surroundings at all times. If you see anyone suspicious or if
you feel unsafe, call the police (334-4444).
•Yellow buses operate on a campus loop stopping at the LB lot
every 30 minutes, at the top of every hour and every half hour.

Restrictions:
• “LB” permits are not valid in “A” only lots, decks,
meters, and reserved spaces.
• “LB” permits are not valid to Park & Ride
from 1720 West Lee Street.
• Pedestrians may not enter the lot. Do not walk
to the lot because a vehicle must be on the loop for an access card to be used.
• Please
follow the shuttle schedule because on-demand lot access will not be provided.
