Spartan Chariot
The purpose of the Spartan Chariot campus loop shuttle service is to enhance campus safety while minimizing traffic congestion.
Yellow buses operate on a campus loop so there is no need to move your car across campus between classes or meetings.

WEEKDAY EXPRESS
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm
The weekday express service stops at 12 designated locations to facilitate passage between academic and administrative buildings and student service facilities.
Stop 1: Lofts on Lee at 915 West Lee Street
Stop 2: Lot 1 Near Tower Village and Jefferson Suites
Stop 3: Walker Avenue Circle Transit Hub
Stop 4: Student Rec Center
Stop 5: Gray Drive near Moore-Strong
Stop 6: Gray Drive at West Drive
Stop 7: Gray Drive near the Fountain and Quad
Stop 8: North Drive at College Avenue
Stop 9: North Drive near Sullivan Science
Stop 10: McIver Street near the School of Music
Stop 11: Tate Street near Brown and Taylor Theatre
Stop 12: Lot 7 near Gatewood Studio Arts
Stops are serviced at 15 minute intervals Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Friday 9am-3:30pm. Stops are serviced at 30 minute intervals at other scheduled times.
EVENING SAFETY SHUTTLE
Monday-Wednesday, 5:30pm-1:30am
Thursday-Friday, 5:30pm-2:30am
Saturday 5:30pm-2:30am *
Sunday 3:30pm-1:30am **
The evening safety shuttle stops at up to 16 designated locations to facilitate passage between buildings and perimeter parking lots.
Stops are serviced at 15 minute intervals Sunday-Thursday, 5:30pm-11pm.
Stops are serviced at 30 minute intervals at other scheduled times.

* Saturdays 10:15pm-10:45pm, no service during driver break.
** Sundays 6pm-10pm, buses also stop at 915 Northridge Street LB lot.
RIDER TIPS
- Spartan Chariot buses do not operate Saturday before 5:30pm, Sunday before 3:30pm, or during holidays, breaks, or summer sessions.
- In case of inclement weather, service could be delayed or canceled. To find out if buses are operating, please call (336) 334-5681.
- Buses 13, 15, 16, and 17 are equipped with a wheelchair lift.
- For the safety and convenience of all riders, buses follow designated routes and schedules at all times. Please plan departures and returns carefully based on the bus schedule. Please do not ask drivers to make unscheduled stops. And please do not ask drivers to continue driving past normal operating hours.
- At night, you may wait in your vehicle until you see the bus, then flash your lights to get the driver’s attention before walking quickly to the designated bus stop. Please do not ask drivers to wait for you or to pick you up at any location other than a designated stop.
- Most stops are near emergency phones which connect directly to the police. Please be aware of your surroundings at all times. If you see anyone suspicious or if you feel unsafe at any time, go to the nearest phone to call for assistance: (336) 334-4444.
- For the health and safety of all passengers, bare skin and bare feet are not permitted. Shirt and shoes are required. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
