Special Event Parking
Parking Operations & Campus Access Management (POCAM) consults with event planners to develop custom transportation plans for campus activities and events. Services include:• Event Parking and Staging

Please remember…
When there is scheduling flexibility, plan activities during times when demand for parking is relatively low – late afternoons, evenings, weekends, and breaks. To avoid congestion and frustration, limit travel during class changes and other busy commuter transit times.
Please submit requests well in advance. Requests received less than two weeks prior to the requested date of service will be processed on a space available basis.
To cancel or change a request, please email parking@uncg.edu at least two business days (48 hours) prior to the requested service date. If cancellation notice is not provided, charges will be incurred regardless of services rendered. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
