Park and Ride Permits
The Park & Ride lot is located at 1720 West Lee Street. Park & Ride customers [vehicles with any valid UNCG permit (except "RA" permits)] may use this lot and take the shuttle Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:40pm.
The lot is open from 7am until 7pm weekdays. Please note this is a gated lot. If your vehicle is left in the lot after the gates close, it is at risk of ticket and/or tow.
Faculty, staff or commuter students can purchase an "E" permit ($165 per academic year), which allows them to utilize the Park & Ride Service. Park & Ride shuttle service is provided to and from campus on a (15) minute cycle with (3) stops:
- On Kenilworth Street (across the street from Financial Aid)
- On Forest Street (in front of the McNutt Building)
- On Spring Garden (in front of the Graham Building)
The "E" permit also allows you to park on campus after 2 pm and evening hours. Consider this parking option as a way to save money at only $165 per academic year.
During breaks (Fall, Winter, Summer, etc.) the Park & Ride buses do not operate. At this time "E" permit holders may park on campus in valid "E" spaces all day. Remember to look at lot signage, as time restrictions still apply to "C" and "E" permit holders for Administration Drive, Gray Drive, and Lot 6. ("C" and "E" permits are only valid in those specific locations after 2:00pm even during breaks).
