Parking Operations & Campus Access Management
UNCG Park and Ride Advertising
General Information:
- For UNCG Departments and official campus organizations only.
- The ad dimensions are 56”W x 24”H.
- Ads are produced on adhesive Vinyl and are not reusable.
- Seven busses are available for advertising. Departments may choose to do a full run of all seven, or choose to do a split run of either three, or four busses.
- The cost per bus is $116.
Timeframe:
- Ad space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The standard ad run is 4 weeks. Ads will not always run on a calendar month due to Park & Ride or University schedules. Additional days may be added to your run in the event a holiday falls within your scheduled advertising dates.
- Two week production time required
- Ad installation is scheduled by Auxiliary Services

August 25 - September 19
September 22 - October 17
October 22 - November 18
November 19 - December 18 (Holiday Break included - LIMITED USE)
January 19 – February 13
February 16 – March 20 (Extra week due to Spring Break)
March 23 – April 17
April 20 – May 15
May 18 - July 31 (Summer - LIMITED USE)
Ad Requirements:
- Complete and mail Ad Request Form (PDF format) to Angie Schrock, Parking Operations & Campus Access Management, 303 Walker Avenue Parking Deck.
- All ads must be UNCG affiliated.
- All ads must meet UNCG graphic standards and approval.
- Artwork should be provided in PDF Format no later than two weeks prior to start of ad run. Submit artwork via e-mail to awschroc@uncg.edu, or through Campus Mail to Angie Schrock, Parking Operations & Campus Access Management, 303 Walker Avenue Parking Deck.
- Departments will be billed through University Graphics & Printing.
