2008 -2009 Permit Pricing - Students
Permits purchased after the beginning of the Fall Semester will be prorated daily. Permits are valid August 1, 2008 - August 1, 2009.

| Resident "B" | If you are a student and plan to live on campus, purchase a "B" Permit valid in "B" lots. | $285 |
| Commuter "C" | Students who plan to commute, need to purchase a "C" permit, which is valid in "C" lots near academic buildings. A limited number of this permit type are sold. | $285 |
| Evening Parking Deck "DE" | If you like the convenience of a Parking Deck, you may request an Evening Deck Permit. This permit is valid in the Walker Deck from 3:30pm until 7am. | $285 |
| Evening "E" Park & Ride | If you are a commuter/evening student, purchase an "E" Permit valid on campus in lots with "E" designation for use between 2pm and 7:30am. You may also utilize the Park and Ride shuttle service between the hours 7:30am and 6:40 pm. | $165 |
| Motorcycle "M" | If you drive a motorcycle, you must purchase an "M" Permit valid in spaces designated for motorcycle parking. | $165 |
| Parking Deck Permit "W,K,M" | If you like the convenience of a Parking Deck (available to commuter students, faculty, and staff), you may request to be assigned to park in either the McIver Street, Oakland Avenue, or Walker Avenue Parking Deck. Currently all decks have waiting lists. | $420 |
| Parking Deck Permit "WB,KB,MB" | If you like the convenience of a Parking Deck (available to NEW resident students), you may request to be assigned to park in either the McIver Street, Oakland Avenue, or Walker Avenue Parking Deck. Currently all decks have waiting lists. | $420 |
| Parking Decks (Hourly) | Open to anyone on a pay-by-hour rate seven days a week. Camera-monitored for your safety. | $1/HOUR MAX $6/visit/day |
| Parking Meters | Available for guest and permit holders who want the convenience of parking close to classrooms and administrative buildings for brief periods of time. | Meter rates vary based on location. |
| Handicap | Purchase the appropriate UNCG permit and display it with your North Carolina State Handicap Placard. Placards are obtained from NC License Tag offices and must be registered with Parking Operations. | See appropriate A,B,C,D,E permit cost. |
