Complimentary motorist assistance services for vehicles parked on campus (lots/decks) are provided as personnel and resources are available. Wait time for assistance will vary depending on availability of personnel and campus conditions. Your patience is appreciated. A Liability Release Form must be completed and signed by the vehicle driver to be eligible for assistance. Assistance includes jump-starting a battery or pumping air into tires.

For assistance, please call (336) 334-5681. While waiting for personnel to be dispatched, please raise the vehicle hood for easy identification. Disabled vehicles must be reported to the parking office by phone or in person. Notes on vehicles are not acceptable. If keys are locked inside a vehicle, please contact a locksmith or vehicle dealership for assistance.
