Special Event Requests

Parking Operations & Campus Access Management (POCAM) consults with event planners to develop custom transportation plans for campus activities and events. Services include:

• Event Parking and Staging
• Shuttle Bus Rental
• Temporary Way Finding Signage
• Travel Directions

UNCG affiliates – faculty, staff and students – please complete our online request form, found below. All others please email parking@uncg.edu or call 336.334.5595 for assistance.

Please Note
When there is scheduling flexibility, plan activities during times when demand for parking is relatively low – for example: late evenings, weekends, and breaks. Rates are significantly lower during off peak times so please let us help you select a date and time that will meet your needs and save you money. To avoid congestion and frustration, please limit travel during class changes and other busy commuter transit times.

Please submit requests well in advance. Requests received less than two weeks prior to the requested date of service will be processed on a space available basis.

To cancel or change a request, please email parking@uncg.edu at least two business days (48 hours) prior to the requested service date. If cancellation notice is not provided, charges will be incurred regardless of services rendered. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
